Special Advisor to the CEO

We are seeking an exceptional, high-judgment Special Advisor to the CEO to operate at the intersection of reputation, policy, regulatory compliance, and corporate affairs. In this role, you will act as a trusted confidant and strategic force multiplier to the Chief Executive Officer. You will navigate high-stakes external environments, safeguard corporate integrity, align public-facing narrative with core business strategy, and ensure that our brand leadership is matched by operational compliance and regulatory rigor.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Counsel & Strategic Alignment: Serve as a direct thought partner to the CEO, synthesizing political, regulatory, brand, and media signals into actionable strategic counsel. Public Affairs & Government Relations: Formulate engagement strategies with policymakers, key industry coalitions, and civic stakeholders to represent the company’s positions on critical issues. Reputation & Brand Stewardship: Guard and elevate the corporate brand identity across global stakeholders, ensuring our external narrative matches operational reality. Compliance & Governance Interface: Partner closely with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to evaluate enterprise-level exposure, anticipate regulatory headwinds, and ensure public commitments remain compliant. Crisis Management & Strategic Communications: Lead strategic positioning and narrative control during high-impact corporate, regulatory, or public events. Special Projects: Direct sensitive, confidential initiatives that span multiple functional domains on behalf of the Office of the CEO. Candidate ProfileExperience: 10+ years in high-level roles across public affairs, corporate communications, regulatory policy, or executive counsel (management consulting, policy advisory, or Fortune 500 / high-growth enterprise experience strongly preferred). Cross-Disciplinary Literacy: Fluent in brand strategy, legal/regulatory frameworks, legislative processes, and media relations. Executive Presence: Proven track record of briefing and advising C-suite executives, boards of directors, and institutional leaders. Discretion & Judgment: Flawless emotional intelligence, integrity, and comfort operating with extreme ambiguity and confidentiality.
